All products sold by Jarir Bookstore are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty period and terms vary depending on the product category and brand.

• Smartphones & Tablets: 1-2 years manufacturer warranty
• Laptops & Computers: 1-2 years manufacturer warranty
• Smart TVs: 2 years manufacturer warranty
• Smartwatches & Wearables: 1 year manufacturer warranty
• Accessories & Peripherals: 6 months - 1 year warranty
• Printers & Scanners: 1 year manufacturer warranty

Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Physical damage, water damage, or accidental damage
• Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear
• Software issues or virus infections
• Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
• Consumable parts (batteries, ink cartridges, etc.)

How to Claim Warranty

1. Visit any Jarir Bookstore showroom with the product and original receipt

3. Our team will assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement
4. Processing time is typically 7-14 business days depending on the case

Extended Warranty

Jarir offers an Extended Warranty Service that provides additional coverage beyond the manufacturer's warranty period. This can be purchased at the time of buying the product or within 30 days of purchase.
