Return Period

Most products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided they meet the return conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Product must be in its original condition and packaging
• All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included
• Product must not show signs of use, damage, or tampering
• Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
• Screen protectors and applied accessories are non-returnable once applied

Non-Returnable Products

• Digital cards & software licenses (iTunes, PlayStation, Xbox, etc.)
• Opened software and games
• Personal care & hygiene products (earphones, headsets once opened)
• Consumable items (ink, toner, batteries)
• Customized or special-order products
• Products damaged by the customer

How to Return

1. In-Store: Visit any Jarir Bookstore showroom with the product and receipt
2. Online: Contact customer care at 920000089 or email care@jarir.com to arrange a return pickup
3. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method
